Yes! We’ll send an automated text and email reminder the day before your scheduled cleaning to remind you to leave your bins at the curb after trash/recycling pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Simply ensure your bins are empty (after your regular trash collection) and accessible. There's no need to rinse or pre-clean them - that's what we're here for! Ideally, bins should be placed at the curb or in an easily accessible location.

No, you don't need to be home. As long as your bins are accessible to our team (ideally at the curb after collection), we can clean them and return them to their location. We'll notify you before and after service via text or email if you prefer.
